Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship to the Republic of Ireland
How long does it take for my order to be processed & delivered?
We aim to process your order within 1 to 2 days. You will receive an email once your order has been processed. Standard delivery is via An Post so we allow 5 to 7 days, tracked delivery is 1 to 2 days.
What if my product is faulty or broken?
All of our products are quality checked prior to being dispatched and wrapped security to prevent breakages. But on the odd occasion items may get broken. Please contact us at info@irishcandlesupplies.ie within 24hrs of receipt with the details and we can look into this for you.
How do I return an item?
Items can be returned within 28 days unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@irishcandlesupplies.ie or use the Contact Us form to advise us of your wish to return your item(s). Please refer our Returns Policy.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques or cash.
I haven't received my order what should I do?
If you have not received your order within 10 days of the ordered being shipped, please contact us at info@irishcandlesupplies.ie or use the Contact Us form. Please remember to let us know the the order number.
