Please note: At the present time we are only shipping within the Republic of Ireland.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order - this does not include shipping times. You will receive an email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

RECYCLED PACKAGING

At Irish Candle Supplies we recycle the boxes that our stock is delivered in.  You can be assured that we only recycle undamaged boxes and packaging.  By using recycled packaging, we help reduce waste, conserve natural resources, and lower our carbon footprint, every little bit helps! This also reduces the cost of packaging being passed on to you, the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders are sent out via An Post.

One of the  concepts of Irish Candle Supplies came about due to the increase in shipping costs from the UK and Europe.  You now don’t need to pay €7.50 - €12 for a packet of 10 wicks and a 10 day delivery time.

Irish Candle Supplies have thought long and hard about the postage costs.  We did not want to charge a flat rate fee if the customer only wished to purchase a packet of wicks or some dye.  Therefore, shipping will be calculated by weight.  Smaller items such as wicks, dyes etc., will be posted in padded envelopes.

All of our stock items have the weight integrated into the system enabling the correct cost of the shipping to be calculated at checked.  If you have a packet of wicks this will be classed as Light Weight Shipping if you add additional items this could fall into the Medium Weight Shipping category. 

Smaller items will be posted An Post standard delivery (not tracked).  Heavier items (boxes) will be tracked.  Please allow 5-7 days for your standard delivery items to be delivered.  

Please note: Once we have passed your order to An Post it is out of our hands on how long the delivery will be - there could be delays for any number of reasons.  An Post will not investigate any lost packages until 15 days after the posted date.  After this time lapse, Irish Candle Supplies will contact An Post and complete the necessary form(s) for a lost package.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of receipt, at info@irishcandlesupplies.ie  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
