Very slow delivery and the oil concentration is very low. This is a low-end product, I do not recommend it.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the fragrances did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that we take the quality of our fragrance oils extremely seriously and test all fragrances before adding them to our range. We therefore do not agree with the suggestion that these are “low-end” products or that the oil concentration is “very low”.
Regarding delivery, your order was processed and dispatched within our advertised 1–2 working day timeframe. Unfortunately, once an order has been handed to An Post, the subsequent delivery time is outside our control.
We have contacted you privately as we would genuinely like to understand the basis of your concerns regarding the fragrance oils and investigate any potential issue.
